Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he began in the year 2007. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne is driven to train future generations of biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of several online pieces, and also a contributor in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne has three children together with his wife Leslie.
