Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 is an American actor from the United States. After her debut on film with the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as a member of the Brat Pack of actors. She also appeared as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American actress and an author. In the early 80s, she made her debut on film by appearing in the crime thriller film Bad Boys. She was well-received for this film. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie, which also featured prominent actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. After her breakthrough in her first film she also appeared in the 1985 comedy drama The Breakfast Club. The film by John Hughes called The Breakfast Club is considered as among the best high school films. Despite a budget of only 1 million dollars, the film's profits exceeded $50 million. While appearing in CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her television debut. This show aimed at teenagers and began airing in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are a few of the other series in where she's been featured. One of her most recent performances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story featuring a female superhero in which Sheedy is a guest. Sheedy has been awarded numerous times for her outstanding performances, which include her MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
