Rapper DMX (also known as DMX) is a hip United American rapper and actor born on December 18, 1970. He began in the early 90s to rap. The album It's Dark, Hell is hot, was his very first album. His debut album was very well loved by critics as well as in terms of commercial sales. Over 251,000 copies were sold within the first seven days of it's release. The album he released with DMX's re-emergence, There Was x was released in the year 1999. The album was regarded as the album with the highest sales, and the album included the first single to be a hit"Party Up" (up in the video below). His songs have become extremely loved, often reaching the top of Billboard charts. The singer was also part of the 2006 television series DMX Soul of a Man. He also wrote a book about his personal life.
The rapper DMX claims to have been born either in Mount Vernon (New York) or Baltimore (Maryland). Her father was 19 and her mother 18 when he was born.
